Upton Village Hall |
 Opened
in November 1999, the Upton Village Hall is a fine example of rural
self-help. Partially funded by the National Lottery as a 'Millennium
Hall' , aided by grants from many other organisations and driven by a
dedicated committee of hard working individuals, the village of Upton
has a hall to be proud of. |
